NEW-BUILT APARTMENTS IN VITOSHA QUARTER

The apartments are in two neighboring buildings in the same yard (16 in the first section and 20 in the second). They are located in Vitosha Quarter - one of the southern quarters of Sofia with easy access to the Ring Road and to the lifts for Vitosha mountain. Vitosha quarter is the location of a lot of foreign embassies in Sofia.

Each apartment has a south-east view to the Vitosha mountain. There are 1 bed-room, 2 bed-room, 3 bed-room apartments and maisonettes with different dispositions and sizes. The building has an elevator and a room for a door-keeper. Every apartment is provided with a basement. The buildings are built with high quality materials.

There are 20 available apartments, and there is a possibility for buying a separate building.

The building has act 15 (certifying that the building was made according to the constructive plans and permissions) and is about to have permission for use.
