The apartments
The buyers of this brand new residential complex can choose between 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments at various floors with different exposures.
All units are luxury finished and equipped by the developer at no extra charge! Suitable furniture packages are available upon request.
The completion of the settlement is planned for 2009 (for the first part of the complex) and 2010 (for the second part of the complex). The apartments are for sale on installment payment, according to which the last instalment is paid in 2009! There are no interests for the instalment payment!

The beach
This complex is only about 3km to the fine sandy Bulgarian beaches. The
