LOCATION AND NATURE

The complex is situated at a beautiful place, between Sunny beach and Saint Vlas, which place is known for its unique microclimate. Therefore in the beginning of the last century, in this place, by a personal order of king Ferdinand is built the first sanatorium for cure of asthmatics.
The distance to Sunny beach is 3km and to Bourgas Airport -25km. 10km from the complex a golf playground is being built and 1 km from the complex is the biggest yacht port on the Black Sea .
The view from all of the apartments in the building is a glorious panorama of the old town of Nesebar, whole bay of Sunny Beach and the resort of Sunny Beach.
An asphalted road leads to the complex. There are all necessary communications.
The complex consists of an underground garage with 18 parking places and 4 living floors. The total number of apartments is 23 + 4 studios on each floor. The square surface of the apartments is between 50 and 110 sq.m, as there is one big apartment with area of 175sq.m on the fourth floor. The building has a lift, an outside pool and a big BBQ with garden and outside bar, mini-market, sauna and fitness hall. The common parts will be well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities for a relaxing sea vacation.

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT

1. 1000 EUR - Reservation fee
2. 30% at the signing of a preliminary contract, inclusive the reservation fee.
3. 40% - at finishing of “Rough construction”
4. 30% - at transferring of the possession of the property with a Notary Deed

MAINTENANCE, MANAGEMENT AND RENTING

The complex will be provided with twenty-four-hour security and video-cameras. Also there is provided maintenance and service of the pool, gardens, parking places and all common parts. By request and extra payment there is a possibility for cleaning up the apartments.
The fee for management and maintenance will be in amount of 450EUR annual per apartment.
The complex offers possibility for renting the apartments as for the first year is guaranteed 5% capital return.
